Pros +
- Location, parking, wifi, Good breakfast
- We stayed for two nights on the 3rd floor 2- bedroom apartment. Really like the comfy bedding...but could do with additional pillows! There was TV in both bedrooms as well as in the living. Provided were also a microwave and a standup fridge. There were a couple of plates and bowls, etc but not a complete set. No cutleries! No dish soap either.Locations wise, thumbs up!
- our main destination was regency hospital, and this hotel is the closest one around. It’s also very easy to find food in the surrounding area
Cons -
- Bathroom was wet when we arrive. No tooth brushes and tooth paste. Other things are ok. Bit noisy in the night because near to the road.
- The hotel is extremely irresponsible. I booked a 2-bedroom apartment at this hotel two months before the check-in date. However, when we arrived to check in, the receptionist told us that the unit we booked was under maintenance and that they would replace it with two other units. We suspected that the unit wasn’t actually under maintenance but had been sold again because we arrived at the hotel at 9 PM. The hotel might have thought we were no show guest, so instead of leaving it empty, they sold it. My husband asked the receptionist to show us the unit, but the receptionist came up with various excuses and could not show it to us. After my husband insisted, the receptionist finally gave us the number of the unit that was supposedly under maintenance (room 3325). When we checked in, we passed by a family, and guess what the were the guests staying in unit 3325, and it was indeed a 2-bedroom unit. They had just checked in that afternoon at 4 PM and had bought the room for 800 RM. My husband confronted the receptionist, who was unable to provide any answers and kept evading the issue. I am extremely disappointed with this situation because I had booked the apartment two months prior through booking.com. My husband and I were traveling with our elderly parents, and they wanted us to stay in one unit. We were all exhausted after a long day, and we wanted to rest as soon as we arrived at the hotel. To find that our booked room had been sold by the hotel is unacceptable, we felt betrayed, cheated and very disappointed. I understand that this is a 3-star hotel and I don’t expect the service to be like a 4 or 5-star hotel, but it is unacceptable for a hotel to sell a room that has already been paid for. Imagine if the hotel had been fully booked that night and we had not been given alternative rooms; where would me and my husband and our elderly parents in their 70s to find a hotel at 9 PM, especially since we needed to go to Regency Hospital early the next morning?!
- There are no hair dryer, iron board and not even water heater to make hot water included in the room. All is available but need to go outside of the room to get iron board and water heater.

Strategic location. There are a lot of places to go eat. Parking is relatively easy. Near highway pasir gudang.
There are no hair dryer, iron board and not even water heater to make hot water included in the room. All is available but need to go outside of the room to get iron board and water heater.
The location is good and free parking providedThe lift is in good service, the room and toilet is clean
The bedsheet, pillowcase and towel look dirty and old. Towels got stained. Breakfast tastes bad.
Everything is great at this place.. We come for work so its nice that we cn get bfast before heading there
Maybe the pipeworks in bathrooms could be better.. I have been here many times, the pipes we leaking and there will be malfunctioned parts of shower heads
We were given a selection of breakfast choices of about 5 or 6 items like nasi lemak, curry mee, toast and egg, etc instead of a buffet breakfast. For the beverages, we can choose either tea or coffee.
They can improve their cleanliness. One of the pillowcases was stained. The housekeeping staff should be more diligent and careful in their duty.
The breakfast was good but too small
The remote tv broken even we ask for change the battery. Cannot watch other channel. Even cannot turn off the tv. The bed is so so. There is a bidet with no spray. The breakfast keeper is not nice, the girl with glasses, no smile and rude.
Space was cleaned and comfy. Strategic location, will definitely revisit. Walking distance to Regency Hospital too. Love how there were many power point plugs too.
Surrounding have good food outlets
Limited tv channel. TV control set not functioning.
Air-conditioning works. The blanket is comfy and warm.Room and bedding is clean. The staff has a great attitude and service.
The window lock is loose hence does not close fully.Toilet is leaking water and the noise is constantly heard thru the night. Not for light sleepers. Walls are thin. Could hear cars and motorcycles and noise from others on the same floor.
The housekeeping should top up n clean properly every each room once cust checking out.. top up tissue toilet, tissue box , stirrer for making coffee.
Decently sized and comfortable room.
Bath tub was filthy. Someone used petals in the bath and the pump constantly had disgusting petals coming out of the jets. No night light in the room. Either too bright to sleep with, or pitch black.
Ok la. For one night stays. The place is near a very happening food court. Easy to get food.
The smell of the room
Breakfast, comfy bed, nice shower.
Noise across the street, limited rack space for storing personal items, broken window handle which gave me difficulties to shut the window, too limited space for prayer.
Good choice of breakfast
Extremely small table and cramped set up
Overall is good
Very noisy from outside, sound proof is bad
Location
Location, there are many food shops nearby
Most of hotel room quite smell
Nice hotel..good staff..comfort
